An antique shop, a lost fortune, and a hiss-torical quest.
Newly retired Kay Penfro never counted on foul play to forecast her future options. Now that she's released from decades of bookkeeping, she's ready for some fresh air at her lakeside cottage. But fun with her cat Willie is curtailed when the death of the local antique dealer brings home a stranger with an old grudge.
While she works her assets off to solve a Camelot puzzle, Kay fears that the newcomer's purr-suit of a valuable painting is linked to her hometown's lost heritage.
